At Termisect, your satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when purchasing our chemical cleaning and pest-control products.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within seven days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the chemical nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety reasons. Items purchased during sales or special promotions are not eligible for returns.

Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take between seven to ten business days to reflect in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect. If the product you need is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or store credit after mutual agreement.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning a defective or incorrect product, Termisect will cover the return shipping charges. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
